Bob Adams Homes is the professional custom builder for discerning owners in Atlanta looking to make their new home a home of distinction or for those who want to improve their existing home to meet their new personal needs. Bob Adams Homes is known for creative designs meeting the new lifestyle needs of the owners.
We are pleased to have created communities, custom homes and home enhancements since 1981. Aside from quality construction, beautiful homes and an award winning service program, Bob Adams Homes has been built on the conviction that the customer must be 100% satisfied.

Bob takes a very hands-on approach to the home building process. With a customer first mindset, he works closely with the customer to ensure they will have the home they want without having to settle or compromise. Bob Adams Homes spends a lot of time working with their customers to understand exactly what it is that they want. We also work hard with our trade partners and suppliers to suit every customer need. Most of our trade partners have been with us for over 20 years and some for as long as 30 or more. Our customers experience the trust and reliability we’ve built with our trade partners and that is seen in the personal care they take in their work. We are very proud that we have the best professionals on our team.

As a company, we focus our efforts on building custom homes, as well as home enhancements like sunroom additions, basement build-outs, and kitchen and bath remodels.

We build with the environment in mind. From foundation and framing to the finishing touches, every aspect of a Bob Adams home is made to be environmentally friendly and resource efficient. When a new homebuyer decides to build with us, they can rest assured knowing that they are getting a home that provides increased fuel, energy, and water savings as well as increased air quality, lower maintenance requirements, and higher safety ratings.

Bob loves building homes!
Bob graduated from Georgia Tech in March 1977 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics. He has been interested in home building since his early childhood and just two years out of college, Bob built his own home during nights and weekends, completing the labor with little help. Toward the completion of his own home he decided that home building was his passion and in May 1981, he began Bob Adams Homes.

Bob and his wife, Holly, live in Fayette County and have four sons and five grandchildren, and enjoy church, traveling together and visiting with friends and family.
